SCMM Seal Beach Breakfast, April 8, 2006

Ostensibly, the SoCal MINI Maniacs' Second Saturday of the Month Breakfast is supposed to take place in Seal Beach, but recent experiments with new venues have strayed slightly. This time, we tried Schooner Or Later on the Long Beach Marina, just across the channel from Seal Beach.
They gave us most of an enclosed patio, and the food and scenery were nice, but some folks were dissappointed with the service. We'll probably give it another try in the near future.
We had a bunch of new members show up, including a bunch of happy kids.

Afterward, a small group of started discussing ice cream, and we ended up driving down the coast to Huntington Beach for some Coldstone. Turns out they were having a Beach Cruiser show on Main Street!

I didn't get a pic, but was told that 3 MINIs parked in two spaces. Judy and I got back to Murray, just as a Meter-Master (parking enforcement officer) was pulling out his ticket book. We timed our coins closely!

Check out Lexter's pix from this event!
