SCMM Moss Motors / Solvang Run, October 16th, 2006

This club event was an overnighter for some of us. It started out as a scenic fall run up to Solvang with a shopping stop along the way at Moss Mini in Goleta. We ended up doing some impromptu simple installs of goodies in the Moss Motors parking lot; had great food and fun in Solvang; picnicked, hiked, and played around at Nojoqui Falls; and while most folks drove home that night, a few hardy souls spent the night in Lompoc at a bizarre motel; had a real adventure trying to get dinner in a town filled with homecoming activities, and had a sweet drive bothways along Jalama Beach Road to the ocean. We also decided at the last minute to stop and gather SoCal Motoring Academy emblems from some of the MINI Dealers along the way!
